The Ghencea Residencias residential complex, developed in partnership by Hercesa on Ghencea Blvd., currently consists, in the project phase, of 3,500 apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms, with apartments on the ground floor and duplexes with terraces.
The project has green spaces, children’s playgrounds and leisure areas, parking spots and storage rooms, as well as areas and commercial spaces with multiple facilities.
The apartments are grouped according to the current project in tower blocks of different heights, thus designed and distributed to create a quiet, relaxing and comfortable urban environment.
The property owned by our company is located in the centre of Bucharest, at the intersection between Mircea Vodă and Căuzași Streets, a few minutes’ walk from Piața Unirii.
Hercesa’s current development plans are to build and promote a 4-star hotel with a height of 4B+GF+12F that will serve, among others, the new office pole built or to be built in the Piața Unirii area.
