Hercesa expanded its activity outside the borders of Spain in 2004. The international adventure of our company started right in Romania, by purchasing the heritage building of the Cișmigiu Hotel, followed by the purchase of several lands, for the development of residential real estate projects, amounting over 5,100 apartments. For this moment, as well as for many others, Romania has occupied a very special place in our concerns from the beginning and we have always given a special importance to our real estate projects in this country.
After Romania, Hercesa extended its activity in other countries in Europe and around the world as well. Currently, Hercesa is present in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Morocco, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and, of course, Romania, where it has an important portfolio of real estate projects under development.
Internationally, Hercesa’s goal is to transfer the business models it has created and perfected in Spain, during its long activity, however, adapting them to the specifics of each of the countries in which it has expanded. For this reason, Hercesa aims at adapting its products to the particular requirements and needs of customers from each country, so that it can offer, at any time, the most suitable and quality product.
The team of specialists of Hercesa International is coordinating and supervising the activity of the Hercesa company internationally, with the support and advice of those over 300 professionals of our company from Spain.
The Hercesa International team is managed by its own specialists, with extended experience in a technical, financial and business plan, because we understand that the training and specialisation of our own staff always guarantees control over operations and success in meeting the set objectives.
Hercesa is currently present in the Communities of Madrid, Valencia, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, Andalucía and Cataluña.
Portugal, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic are the other countries in Europe, in addition to Romania, where the Hercesa group has gained experience and imposed as a reference point in the real estate field.
