Hercesa began its activity in 1975 in Spain, by developing several real estate projects in the residential, industrial and service sectors, mainly in the Autonomous Communities of Madrid and Castilla La Mancha. Since then and until now, in those over 45 years of experience in the real estate field, Hercesa developed and delivered over 28,000 apartments, in over 200 residential real estate projects located on the entire territory of Spain, as well as in countries such as Portugal, Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Morocco, Romania, Bulgaria or Czech Republic.
Hercesa expanded its activity outside the borders of Spain in 2004. The international adventure of our company began in Romania, by purchasing the heritage building of Cismigiu Hotel, followed by the acquisition of several plots of land, in order to develop residential real estate projects totaling over 5,100 apartments. After Romania, Hercesa has expanded its activity to other countries in Europe and the world where it has an important portfolio of real estate projects under development.
